DELICIOUS by Debbie Duggan will continue catering!

There are many changes, and they are all good.  I have to admit, it has been a lot more difficult as well as challenging, than I thought, but all is good now.  If you previously contacted me the change of ownership and remodel was more stressful than I thought, but I also lost one of my best friends, spending last weeks and days with her so my memory and work ethic faded briefly.

Most of my classes will be on Tuesdays and probably 2 per month.

We welcome serious and casual cooks! You can relax and enjoy an evening of socializing and eating a gourmet meal prepared by an expert chef. If you prefer "hands on" we also offer classes that invite you participate. Take a cooking class and experience the creation and presentation of some of our favorite menus! We promise that you will be pampered, educated and entertained. We offer private party cooking classes, and catering on and off-site. After you enjoy a class you will be inspired to have Debbie cater your next event.

CHEF DEBBIE DUGGAN

Debbie has trained in Europe's most prestigious culinary schools, including the Cordon Bleu in Paris and London, La Varenne in Burgundy, France and Avignonesi Culinary Center and Tenuta de Capezzana in the Tuscany region of Italy, the Emilia-Romangna region of Northern Italy, and most recently Southern Italy.

Locally, Debbie has guest lectured at Cal Poly Food Science and Nutrition Department, teaching Customs and Cultures in Food, and taught "Catering and Special Events" at Allen Hancock Junior College. She created the Children's Summer Cooking Camps through the San Luis Obispo Adult Education Program and has continued the program at her own facility.

Debbie holds a Speech Communications degree from Cal Poly. She has consulted for the Hearst Family as well as developed menus and trained the family's personal chefs. She has also catered many family parties at the Hearst ranch. 

Debbie has a cooking school- Central Coast Culinary and Catering since 1999. The school offers adult and children's cooking classes, and serves as the commercial kitchen for DELICIOUS by Debbie Duggan Catering. Located in San Luis Obispo (SLO), on the central coast of California. 
DELICIOUS by Debbie Duggan catering prices are competitive and we are NOT a cookie cutter caterer! Debbie will meet with clients and put a custom menu together. The cuisine is California eclectic and uses a lot of organic, farm to table produce. The cooking school sells the catering and the catering sells the cooking school.
